- Do you only work with Amazon brands?
- Our primary focus is helping brands succeed on Amazon, but many of the assets we create can also be used across ecommerce and marketing channels.
- Can you redesign my existing listing?
- Yes. Whether you’re launching a new product or improving an existing listing, we can help.
- Do you provide 3D renders without physical samples?
- In many cases, yes. If you have product dimensions and real images, we can create realistic 3D renders before manufacturing or photography.
- Why choose 3D renders over traditional photography?
- 3D renders give you unmatched flexibility and quality. We can showcase your product from any angle, in any lighting, without the limitations of a photoshoot. Every detail stays razor-sharp and flawless, with no scratches or blur. Plus, renders are future-proof, making it easy to update colours, labels, or variations without starting over. All we need are basic reference photos, and we deliver visuals that look lifelike and market-ready.
- How many revisions do you provide?
- Our standard projects include up to three revisions, but client satisfaction is always our top priority. If something needs extra refinement, we go beyond the standard to make sure you’re fully happy with the final result.
- How do you price your projects?
- We price based on scope, complexity, and value. For Amazon listings, we generally work on a project basis, while storefronts and renders are quoted individually. Larger clients often opt for ongoing support packages tailored to their needs.
- Do you provide post-launch support?
- Yes, we do. We’re here even after delivery to help with updates, new visuals, or adjustments based on customer feedback. For clients who prefer long-term support, we also offer retainer packages to handle regular updates and new creative work.
- Do you provide source files (like PSDs)?
- We usually deliver final production files, not raw working files. However, if you request source files at the start of the project, we’re happy to provide them.
